VERY Unexpected! Knowing I wanted nothing but a Honda Pilot I traveled to Riverside initially and bought a used 2008 model. As happy I was with my car I knew my event Knowing I wanted nothing but a Honda Pilot I traveled to Riverside initially and bought a used 2008 model. As happy I was with my car I knew my eventual goal would be to move up to a new model. Last October it was time for my car's service visit and, just before it was time to pick up, I wandered around the lot. Mr. Abdeh Mazen met me and asked if he could be of service. I informed him my car was being serviced and was wondering if they had any used models "just to look at". He showed me a couple including a VERY NICE 2013 Touring model (my dream car :). He said "Well, lets go check some numbers" (the usual statement you hear). Walking with him I very well knew this couldn't happen as my finances were in no current shape to get a car much less the top model. I still cannot believe Mazen actually made it happen. I calculated to myself how much more a month I would be able to afford and, even though we had a couple of 'back-and-forth' sessions, it actually happened and I drove off the lot with what I still consider my 'DREAM' car! It was absolutely the best 'service' I ever received! Even the young lady who assisted with the paperwork to service my 2008 model texted me with congratulations! Again, VERY unexpected BUT VERY HAPPY!!! To me, Norm Reeves Honda (Cerritos) is THE BEST! They have always been the most courteous and friendly people I have ever dealt with. More

Experience with Mazen I am pleased to have met Mazen at Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos. Very helpful and funny man. He gave me more information on both Civic and Accord. Mazen is the best Mazen was very friendly it almost seemed like if I knew him a lifetime; my family and I were very comfortable taking to him. We were just going to go Mazen was very friendly it almost seemed like if I knew him a lifetime; my family and I were very comfortable taking to him. We were just going to go to look at cars I had seen online. He was honest on what car would be better for my needs, We were not expecting to buy the car that night but he gave us an offer we could not turn down. Adil in finance was also very friendly they truly made my night. I love my new 2016 Accord and I owe it to Mazen and Adil. Thank you More

Great experience! I went to Honda to begin looking at options for my next vehicle. My lease was up in February of next year, but I thought I might as well look. Ramon I went to Honda to begin looking at options for my next vehicle. My lease was up in February of next year, but I thought I might as well look. Ramon helped my fiance and I out. He was very helpful and resourceful. He got us a great deal and really understood what we wanted. The lease was paid off and we were able to get a bigger car for a cheaper monthly payment than before. I'm definitely happy! More

Hassle Free I drove in Mazen Abdeh came up to us with a big smile, I didn't want to get my hopes up because I've had bad experiences in the past, he asked me what I drove in Mazen Abdeh came up to us with a big smile, I didn't want to get my hopes up because I've had bad experiences in the past, he asked me what I was looking for, got me into the car I wanted, took me on a test drive and then we talked prices.
