Disappointed The car was advertised with keyless entry and the salesman is responding poorly about getting a new key for keyless entry. We knew the tires were in The car was advertised with keyless entry and the salesman is responding poorly about getting a new key for keyless entry. We knew the tires were in bad shape but the battery was also. The battery test came back weak and we replaced the battery. when we bought new tires. The salesman was supposed to give me a price on tires and never did. Any communication has been initiated by me. I wanted to like this experience because I was recommended by a family member but I do not recommend this dealership. More

My sales associate at Family is Mayweather Shorter and this is the third vehicle I purchased from him. That should say it all but I’ll add that he is an outstanding person as well . Everyone else at the dealership from Al , who helped with options, to the young man who removed my vehicle sticker from my old vehicle with ruining it, we some accommodating. I am totally pleased with the deal I got. Since I’ve purchased previous vehicles there, I must add that the service department has always been outstanding as well More

My family and I were greeted quickly upon arrival. Every employee we worked with was attentive and optimistic. I wasn't planning on buying the same day, but the great experience built an ideal circumstance for me and I love my new purchase! I am very happy with my first car! More

Long sale, but great experience. I found the car I wanted at an excellent listed price on Cargurus at Family Hyundai. Kbb and Black Book both indicated the price the car was listed a I found the car I wanted at an excellent listed price on Cargurus at Family Hyundai. Kbb and Black Book both indicated the price the car was listed at was an excellent deal. I scheduled a test drive and went a few hours later. I was greeted by Mayweather who was extremely friendly and helpful, but I found out a mistake was made by one of the scheduling staff and the car was so new to the dealership that it was away for detailing. Mayweather tried everything he could, but the detailing center was closed for the evening. He apologized, and I agreed to come back the next day. The second day Mayweather was out and I spoke with Joshua Casey. Again, he was extremely friendly and helpful. When the car pulled up it was beautifully detailed, but hadn't yet gone through used car inspection. I drove it and it felt good. The dealership promised me I could come back later for the initial inspection, and if anything needed repairing it would still get fixed as if the car wasn't yet sold. Josh helped me by getting me a decent price for my old car, and an even better price for the already good price on the car I wanted. A few hours later I drove home. When I brought the car back a week later for the initial inspection, everything was good except it needed an alignment. They took care of it, did my oil, and fluids, and washed the car again. It took a bit longer than expected because the Rspec sedan is a bit more complicated, but the waiting room is nice with free coffee and comfortable seats, with plenty of TVs and reading material, and in addition there's a few good restaurants, and a great cigar lounge nearby. Overall it was a great experience. More
