A day after purchasing a car from here, it needed to be inspected and serviced which is something I feel should've been done PRIOR to selling the car. Needless to say, upon dropping my car off at 10am the inspected and serviced which is something I feel should've been done PRIOR to selling the car. Needless to say, upon dropping my car off at 10am the next day, I wasn't updated with the status as promised by Jackie (she's in the service department) until I decided to reach out. It was 4:00pm and not one courtesy call was made to myself or husband updating us with the maintenance status. I did contact my salesman (Mayweather) whom by the was is awesome, to notify him of the situation and he assured me he'd check on it and get back to me, which he did. He was told by Wayne (the only mechanic who works on foreign cars there) he needed to order a part and the car should be serviced first thing in the am because parts usually are delivered at night. My frustration isn't with Family Hyundai itself but more so with the service department and their lack of communication and customer service. My family and I have purchased several vehicles from here and each time has been a pleasant experience. Hopefully everything works out with my recent purchase and my concerns are heard and understood as a customer. More

He informed me the car was sold the previous day at the lower advertised price. Why would they lower the prices less than I offered, then post the lower price on line and sell it without informing me of the reduced price? More
