I tried to get an issue resolved and potentially trade in for a new car. It took a whole month the get someone to finally respond. To make things worse when I showed up for my appointment with the manger he was not there and no one knew anything. I wasted a whole month waiting for the manger. We have purchased 2 cars from this dealership in the past. We would have one more. After this I will never come back and I will make sure everyone knows how unprofessional and untrustworthy the dealership is. More
