Staffs are very friendly and courtesy, Especially Max Hernandez his customers service is excellent. He is very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Very courteous and easy with check-in. The only bad part was the wait time. I was in for Toyota Care with simple tires rotation and multi-points inspection. Appointment was at 10AM but The only bad part was the wait time. I was in for Toyota Care with simple tires rotation and multi-points inspection. Appointment was at 10AM but the work was not completed until 1P.M. Nice to have consierge shuttle services to go home then back at dealer. More
