My husband and I have owned 12 BMWs in the last 20 years. Today, we went into the Germain dealership in Naples to look at the BMW 8 and 7 series. We have narrowed our car search down to a Porche, Genesis Today, we went into the Germain dealership in Naples to look at the BMW 8 and 7 series. We have narrowed our car search down to a Porche, Genesis GV90 and a BMW 8 or 7 series. We pulled into Germain and noticed limited inventory, however, we gave it a shot and started looking at the cars on the lot.. We spent at least 15 minutes on the lot and no one came out to greet us. We then went into the show room and looked at the cars on display. We were quite interested in all the cars on display which was obvious. NO SALES PERSON CAME TO GREET US. We went where the receptionist desk is in the front entry of the sales room. She did NOT greet us. There were several sales people sitting at their desks not busy and they did not greet us. We went to the receptionist at the desk and kindly asked if there was a sales person who could assist us. Her exact answer was "I will see if I can get you one". She went up to a couple of people in their cubicle and the second one reluctantly came out. He looked us both up and down and said "How can I help you today?". Note, he did not introduce himself nor did he ask our names. My husband kindly told him what exactly what he was looking for and asked if he could see the inside of a specific car in the show room. The immediate answer was NO, that car was sold and when they are sold NO ONE can look inside of them. Our synopsis of this dealership is that they are not interested in making a deal or working past 4:00pm. They must not need the sales. Our recommendation is to go to another BMW dealership if you are seriously interested in purchasing a BMW like we were. This place is not hungry or interested in making a sale. Worst customer service of any BMW dealership we have been to. Note again, our family has owned 12 BMW in the past 20 years. More
