Our sales consultant is Max Zuercher. He was frequently in contact with us advising of production dates for models in which we had expressed interest. He offered honest assessments of when to buy and helped us through the decision-making process. Excellent style of communication, friendly, and very customer-oriented. Went to exceptional effort to acquire X-3 with desired specs. Delivered as promised. Transaction went perfectly. Explained all features of vehicle and followed up to to inquire if there were additional questions. We could not have had better service than that provided by Max. Sales Manager Neal Collinsworth was helpful and responsive. Like Max, he always greets us when we visit the dealership. Excellent representative of BMW. Manager Flavio Galasso always makes us feel special, as he once again did with this latest purchase. He manages an excellent dealership--second to none. Germain BMW of Naples is by far the best dealership we have experienced, thanks to the modern facility, great and friendly service, Max, Neal, Flavio, the financial staff, and the great team. More

A remarkable experience. I have never been to a BMS dealership that had the selection as Germain BMW of Naples. They have over 100 BMW's to choose from and that in itself is e I have never been to a BMS dealership that had the selection as Germain BMW of Naples. They have over 100 BMW's to choose from and that in itself is extraordinary. Starting withe the sales assistant, Tracy Constantini, I was impressed with the care and professionalism of all who I came in contact with. It's unusual to see a sales advisor in a tie, but it's extraordinary to see all of the advisors and mgrs. wearing coat and tie. Max Zuercher really knows how to make you feel at ease and there was no hype.. no pressure to purchase. You feel like a "king" when you're there. They take a very low key approach if you're in the market for a new or used car. I'm so used to high powered sales pitches the moment you walk in the show room. They have also have tremendous knowledge about their product and BMW now has a large selection to choose from. I closed on the deal within 24-hours and they scheduled the pick up and transport of the car to where I live nearly 1,500 miles away. Oh.. and if you finance it? Be sure to spend some time with their business mgr, Francesca. She could have been a stand up comedian. I never laughed so hard signing my life away. Germain has earned their reputation as one of the finest dealer groups in the U.S. This is my 4th car I've purchased from Germain, my first from Germain BMW of Naples. More

We had stopped in a month or so ago and asked about the new 435i. Max said he would let us know when one came in and he did and we came in and bought it that day. After researching 2014 BMWs online I was ready to see real cars, specifically the sport wagons. I had bought my current 328i from Germain 3 years ago, had wonderful service and now I needed a 4WD. My visiting son from Chicago, who is a confirmed BMW addict, came with me. We were cheerily greeted by Max Zuercher who proceeded to show us the sport wagons and compare them to the X3s. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the features of each and and took plenty of time to listen to my questions and concerns. I was very pleased with the outcome of the negotiations for a 328x sport wagon. Max took time to keep me informed about the expected delivery date and has called several times since to make sure I'm happy and not having any problems. I am happy and I love driving this machine! More

I was looking at Mercedes GLK originally but decided it was too small. Went to Germain BMW & test drove the X3 with Max. Loved the size & feel of the car which had all the features I wanted.
