I was introduced to the dealership through the Service Dept. w/Maurice Summers, who helped me with my old vehicle, he did a great job (very informative). When I thought it was time to trade-in my old one, Dept. w/Maurice Summers, who helped me with my old vehicle, he did a great job (very informative). When I thought it was time to trade-in my old one, he introduced me to David Salvas who was excellent, he had me sold 15 minutes into the sale. Nancy was very attentive to completing the job. I had some questions about the vehicle that's when Dan Atis stepped up to the plate, he was helpful and reassuring to me. I don't recall the technician who checked out the vehicle, but he did it so quicky. I was very pleased with the service I received and so very friendly, that you just new they all were doing their part to help me. I must say also that the operator when you call-in, is so welcoming. My car looks reallly good. Thank you all the staff. More

Fast Check in with Amazing service New to the area, I took my son’s 2019 Honda Pilot to Shockley Honda for the first maintenance check-up. As I pulled into the service area, I was warml New to the area, I took my son’s 2019 Honda Pilot to Shockley Honda for the first maintenance check-up. As I pulled into the service area, I was warmly greeted by Service Advisor, Maurice Summers . Informing him I didn’t have a scheduled appointment, he happily assured me it was no problem, After getting some initial information, I was told the wait time would be between 1-2 hours but, he would do his best to get me out faster. He then directed me to the waiting area where I could read magazines and feast on free snacks and coffee. In actuality, the wait time was less than an hour , which was AWESOME! My experience with Maurice Summers at Shockley Honda from start to finish was EXCELLENT! Would I go anywhere else for service in the future-NO way! More

Compliments to Service Advisor Maurice Summers I am greatly appreciative to Mr. Summers for getting our car serviced within limited time constraints. Earlier that day I called and was told that ser I am greatly appreciative to Mr. Summers for getting our car serviced within limited time constraints. Earlier that day I called and was told that service hours were until 4:30. Technically that is true but it doesn't take into consideration the work flow already in progress. I had brought the CRV down for an oil change and subsequently learned we had missed the 45000 mile service which includes far more than changing the oil. I arrived around 2:45 or 3 pm from Sharpsburg. Rather than turn me away the oil change, rear differential fluid, replacement of the battery, tire rotation and balance, cleaning fuel induction system where all accomplished this visit thereby saving me another trip. During the service time I was able to use the shuttle to go to Verizon on the Golden Mile to take care of other business. Great experience and use of time. More

Repairs done on time and on budget I had brought my vehicle in for service and was met by Maurice Summers. He greeted me in a very friendly and professional manner. In and Out I was on my way to work last week when I got a flat tire.
