I was very pleased with the customer service and low pressure sales at Capital GMC. The sales rep I purchased through was named Maulik and the finance rep was Marc. I also met a few other great people and I did not feel pressured at all. I was impressed with Maulik's knowledge of the features on my new vehicle. I purchased a used Hyundai that I saw online and since it was being sold at a GMC dealer, I did not expect the salesman to be so knowledgeable about the options on it. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thank you to everyone at Capital GMC. More

Got what I wanted. I knew what I wanted. I called and they responded by finding my unit and bringing it into the dealership within a few days. I had checked the price wi I knew what I wanted. One visit-two totally different experiences I came to the dealership to buy A Chrysler 300c . Prior to arriving my husband made a call to ensure they had one as indicated on line. He spoke to Zachary P who pressed him but my husband refused not wanting to interfere with me buying my car. When I arrived I asked for Zach P who was out of the dealership for 30 minutes so I asked to see his team lead; he was paged twice but I was standing waiting and waiting and waiting.....when Maulik walked by and I asked if he could help me. He was accommodating, polite and respectful. I knew I wanted the 300 and really only wanted to take a test drive to ensure it was in good shape. Maulik brought me the keys and took me out right away. I was ready to buy the vehicle! But by this time Zach was back hung around the office while I quite clearly told him I was now working with Maulik. Maulik went off to do pApers and returned with Zach who I wAs told would be taking it from here. Zach was completely abrasive, and even told me that I was making Maulik work for free because he wasn't allowed to sell me a car. I asked for a supervisor and Laine arrived an did accommodate my request to work with Maulik. In the end I did buy the vehicle in spite of my husband advocating to just leave rather than continue to engage in this. I left with my car and am happy with the service I got from Syndey, and especially from Maulik. I would recommend going to this dealership only if you can successfully insist on working with Maulik. More
