They are ALWAYS courteous, patient an Why would I reccomend this dealership? My experience with Honda Cars of Bellevue has been an 11 out of 10! They are ALWAYS courteous, patient and friendly and take the time to listen to my "girl" concerns, of which I usually have many! They take the worry out of car ownership for me and I always feel much better after they have cast their "expert eyes" on my car. I feel much more confident going on long trips or just commuting around town. I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. More

My recent experience at Honda Cars of Bellevue was one of the best experiences I've had in car buying. I walked into the dealership, and from the first handshake to the sign of the loan, I felt like I was t the best experiences I've had in car buying. I walked into the dealership, and from the first handshake to the sign of the loan, I felt like I was treated with honesty, true integrity and respected as a consumer. Even the negotiation process was low-stress! At other dealerships, as I was looking to purchase a 12' Civic, I felt like a piece of steak in a sea of sharks. The lack of integrity in dealing with customers at other dealerships, with an emphasis on sophmoric "image" is sad in today's day and age. At HCoB, the time was taken to make sure I understood every aspect of my car, and how to find answers should I need them in the future. Example: I needed a bottle of touch-up paint. Instead of just being sold a bottle of paint - the parts tech actually took the time to show me how to use it. I've been using touch up paint for 30 years, and learned a new technique! I believe everyone in this dealership goes the extra mile to help earn the "President's Award", and this emphasis on customer service, not just the bottom line is evident and refreshing. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Honda Cars of Bellevue and both of my experiences have been wonderful. I'm in love with Honda cars, and my new CRV EXL is spectacular. The sales experience was fantastic; my husband and I were treated with such respect. I will never buy a car elsewhere! More
