No nonsense - Straight forward Knowing we were in need of a new used car, we had been surfing dealers websites to see what was available. During a winter storm warning we got a cal Knowing we were in need of a new used car, we had been surfing dealers websites to see what was available. During a winter storm warning we got a call from our local repair shop that one of our cars wasn’t worth repairing anymore. We needed a replacement immediately. Luther had 2 vehicles within our mileage and price range. Because of the roads we called ahead to see that they were still available. We were told told the cars would be cleared off, warmed up and ready to test drive when we got there and they were. We were immediately handed the car fax reports and any questions we had were answered. Even though it was later in the day, staff was patient and we were given the time and attention we needed to make a decision and transaction. More
