When it was time for me to look at cars I went straight to conicelli Springfield. My family has been dealing with them for over a decade and they have never been anything but helpful courteous kind and wil to conicelli Springfield. We've never had any problems , and the way they treated by my parents was with such kindness and respect. Taking their car yearly for the Pennsylvania inspection and quarterly for the windshield treatment I really had a chance to observe the way they operated on a regular basis. I knew that when I was ready Conecelli is where I was going to shop. Bill it was great to work with. He clearly explained all the mechanical and warranty parts of the package, and kept me posted on the status of my new vehicle''s delivery date. Customers for life! More

Great service done by skilled technicians Dropped my truck off for inspection and quickly was told I needed front brake work done. Brake parts put on by another garage had failed and needed t Dropped my truck off for inspection and quickly was told I needed front brake work done. Brake parts put on by another garage had failed and needed to be replaced. The service rep documented the shoddy work ( which included bent and damaged hardware) and saved the failed parts. Luckily I was able to return the failed parts for a partial refund. Thanks Springfield Toyota for getting it right, my brakes haven't worked this well in years! More
