Hello! My name is Matt Carlson and I'm here to provide you with the best experience you've ever had. I have built great relationships with my guests over the years; putting the needs of every Guest first, and going that extra mile time and time again. As a Parts and Service Director for the dealership, I am always available for my team. I work hard to build a winning team that can help our dealership succeed. I have been a part of the auto industry for 28 years and joined Rallye BMW in 2006. In 2015, I won the Customer First Service award, two times. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, fishing, boating, soccer, and being with my family. So far, I have been to many countries around the word and 20 US states. Working with organizations that conduct cancer research is something I have done over the years. Soccer, hockey, and swimming are some of my favorite hobbies. I am a big fan of the automotive industry, and can't wait to provide you with an exceptional service experience!

I brought in the car because the strip molding on driver side inside the car came off its retainers, low tire pressure light came on and A/C was not very cooling and regular oil maintenance. Also my key wa side inside the car came off its retainers, low tire pressure light came on and A/C was not very cooling and regular oil maintenance. Also my key was to be re-programmed so that car would automatically lock when speeds up after the start. All these things were fixed except the key was not reprogrammed. apparently he forgot. But now I would have to again make a trip for that and that is not very convenient, I wish everything was taken care of at the same time. Abbas abuwala More

The employees always remember me and address me by name. I am treated as a VIP even though I did not purchase my BMW at Rallye. There is a gentleness, sweetness and attention to detail you have here that you simply don't find in many dealerships. I was always treated with "white glove" service. Matt Carlson was awesome. His level of professional service is second to none. He is always attentive to my need. I will only service and buy my next BMW from Rallye. They are definitely 5 star! I had Mat before as my Service rep. He is very kind Respectful and explains what need to be done. Wonderful Personality. The service at Rallye is superior as always. Usually I have an appointment for my car, but this time I didn't. We called Matt Carlson and he in turn, left us a message that if there was a problem with one have an appointment for my car, but this time I didn't. We called Matt Carlson and he in turn, left us a message that if there was a problem with one of our cars, we should bring it in the next morning and he would take care of it. From the moment I pulled my car into the bays,spoke with the greeters and then with Matt,the BMW experience was professional as ever.They gave me a loaner car and within 15-20 minutes I was on my way home. About 3 hours later my own car was ready. Thank you for your terrific service and professionalism. More

Although we have long been customers of Rallye, this is our first experience in purchasing a Certified Pre Owned BMW. I can not say enough about Matt in the service department who took great care of us. our first experience in purchasing a Certified Pre Owned BMW. We felt we were in such good hands, his knowledge of BMW's is superb and he assured us every step of the way and answered every question we had with patience and confidence.
