Finally got to speak to a manager about the issue, and manager basically said “you didn’t get a warranty so not our problem”. Hung up on me after I asked if that’s how they do business, here’s your car now screw you. They’ll sell you a car but once they get your money, they’ll toss you on the street. More

Since taking delivery of my CPO Ascent, it appears to have had the rear bumper repainted and the entire rear of the vehicle is covered in over-spray. This is preventing me from getting it ceramic coated have had the rear bumper repainted and the entire rear of the vehicle is covered in over-spray.
