Those two descriptions couldn't be any further from what we experienced working with the staff here. This was our second time buying with them and it was just as great as the first. Dylan was extremely helpful in getting us into a vehicle that fit our needs individually as well as the needs of our family as a whole. Even the staff that weren't working personally with us were very friendly and attentive. Along with being helpful with the actual sale, Dylan, Adam and Matt were very personable and friendly. Dylan had great conversation with my husband about multiple things and even made conversation with my toddler to help pass the time while we were test driving the first time we bought with them. We already knew that we loved Honda vehicles and we now know for sure that we will continue to be loyal customers with this staff and location. More

I wouldn’t go anywhere else! We first came to Allan Nott because they were the only Honda dealer within 100 miles to have the exact Pilot we wanted. We had never heard of the deal We first came to Allan Nott because they were the only Honda dealer within 100 miles to have the exact Pilot we wanted. We had never heard of the dealership so we had no idea what we were walking into. But what we got was so much more than just a new car! We have now purchased 2 vehicles from Allan Nott and can say with confidence we will never buy a Honda anywhere else (and we have to drive over an hour to get there!) They are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, experienced, and truly care about the person’s need in a vehicle, not their own agenda. I can’t say enough about how much we love working with Allan abort Honda! More

He answered all of my questions, provided me with important documentation that helped me make a truly informed decision about which vehicle would be the best for my family. His follow up was absolutely impeccable! He promised that Allan Nott would stand by their vehicles and they certainly did. It became clear after driving the vehicle for a short time that I needed to replace the windshield wiper blades. Bryan had me get them replaced at my local dealership and then reimbursed me for the cost. I have felt very taken care of from start to finish - and beyond! I would highly recommend working with Bryan and his team. Additionally, I needed to finance this vehicle and I cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Matt in the finance department. He asked all of the right questions that helped him find the best financial arrangement for me. This is a wonderful dealership! More
