"Awesome Experience" I was ready to purchase my third Honda so my husband and I went to see John Gould. We worked with John before and there was no question who we were go I was ready to purchase my third Honda so my husband and I went to see John Gould. We worked with John before and there was no question who we were going to see for this purchase. I wanted to test drive a CRV, Pilot and Accord and John was awesome. Bringing around the vehicles, answering our questions and spending lots of time with us, not only making sure we were satisfied but making us feel like family. After making my decision and completing the paper work, Kyle Ryan walked me through the set up, actually set everything up for me, made sure I felt comfortable and assured me I could call or stop in anytime I had a question or needed anything. Everyone we met or came into contact with contributed to our wonderful experience. I drove my new Pilot home that day and couldn't be happier! I walked in expecting to be harassed and pressured. Boy, were my expectations WRONG! Marcia made me feel like family as we shared many stories, between serious convos, while I test drove 2 vehicles. We got back to the dealership, and I had my appproval and paperwork done within 25 minutes. I was in total awe. This was my first vehicle purchase at Allan Nott, but believe me when I’m ready for my next one, I’ll be calling Marcia! Love my new Honda Civic EX Turbo! More
