Our aging Q7 had little in the way of technology so the Highlander seemed like a great choice. Their facility is very clean and wide open, fresh fruit, coffee and drinks were offered. Ken Collings made the process easy. We went for a test drive, he showed us the main features during the test drive and gave us a price that I could not refuse. The owners of Falmouth Toyota are very nice people and Matt Murphy sat down with us during the process. I have never been so satisfied with a car purchase and I'm in my mid 40's, so I've been to the rodeo a few times...lol. The highlander is excellent! More

The sales process and the pickup later of the vehicle we ordered were both drawn out with a lot of time just sitting around. However, we never got a full rundown of the car's features or an intro to the service department. The vehicle itself arrived with an issue with the rear defroster and also a loud creak as we drive. No one's called back to schedule a repair of the window as promised. I understand I need to schedule a visit to the dealer to get the creak diagnosed and hope that'll improve my rating. This is my first experience buying a mid-priced car instead of a luxury car, but I really expected a bit more attention to detail. More

The sales manager was personable and helpful...and it was perhaps my easiest auto purchase in nearly 50 years (I'm 64)! I LOVED the fact that the salesman, Glen, DID NOT PUSH at all. NO Pressure, which is unusual in my experience. He was a true gentleman. But, he had virtually no experience with this particular model. We were in it together to figure out many of the bells and whistles, and believe me there are many. I'm still reading the hefty owners manual 2 days later. I'm conflicted in saying anything negative about him...he's REALLY a nice guy. But, when one is purchasing a $30K item, a salesman should be intimately familiar with it. But overall, the experience was GREAT, and I'd HIGHLY recommend Falmouth Toyota to friends, family and all of you! More
