I asked the mechanic to put air in my tires while looking at my car and he said he would but when I picked up my car the tire light was still on and he left behind his trash from lunch in my car. Not very professional of them. More

Service manager Scott and advisor Matt have gone of their wa Matt is very polite. He even recognized my phone number when I called and addressed me by my name. He and manager Scott have worked hard at resolving Matt is very polite. He even recognized my phone number when I called and addressed me by my name. Scott explained how Nissan has a particular way of seeking answers to the problem through a system of trying things one step at a time. This was very helpful in understanding why it sometimes takes awhile to solve a problem. I fel confident they will address any issues that come up. More

Serra Nissan A couple of months ago, I received a coupon in the mail, from Serra Nissan, for a free oil change. Yesterday, Dec 2nd, I went for my oil change. Whe A couple of months ago, I received a coupon in the mail, from Serra Nissan, for a free oil change. Yesterday, Dec 2nd, I went for my oil change. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately by a very nice young man. They took my info and ask me to wait in the lounge. The nice young man held the door open for me. I waited about 30 minutes and they were finished. From start to finish. Everyone was very nice and very professional. I would highly recommend Serra Nissan. More
