My Fiancé and I visited the Bourbonnais Toyota today and cannot stress how happy we are we did!!! We originally went there looking for a new car for me but instead we did a 2fer, we each bought a new car on cannot stress how happy we are we did!!! We originally went there looking for a new car for me but instead we did a 2fer, we each bought a new car on Saturday! Customer service was excellent from the time we walked in and met the General Manager Sam and Matt our salesman. I had tons of questions, and we test drove a bunch a cars until we both found exactly what we wanted. Sam and Matt assisted us with all of this while making us feel comfortable and all our questions answered. Dan in finance was awesome also helping us get the best possible interest rate and made the whole process quick. 5 stars for the service and professionalism we both received from this dealership. Hope this helps other consumers who are looking for the next car. Thanks again Toyota! More

Super friendly person that finished the process out seamless for me. My late mom & I have done business with this Toyota dealership over the years & everyone there is amazing, including their service team Steve (both!) & Cheri! This place is the perfect reflection of the disorganization, incompetence, and lack of integrity of car dealerships today. I would avoid at all costs. One of their salespeople, Matt Hadley, disorganization, incompetence, and lack of integrity of car dealerships today. I would avoid at all costs. One of their salespeople, Matt Hadley, had me put down a $1000 deposit on a car that had already been sold to someone else WEEKS AGO. Prior to paying the deposit, I had even told Matt to go through every avenue possible to make sure the car was still available. Text from Matt after I put down the deposit and told him to ensure the deal was secure: “Everyone here knows that its mine. I've been here for a 10 years now and make sure my deals are protected. I've been in that situation before.” Matt then proceeded to completely ghost me for 3 weeks ignoring calls, texts, and emails. You would think an honest salesman would take accountability for his mistake and immediately return the funds to me, but instead I had to wait weeks for him to even pick up the phone. His sales manager Michael was even more useless stating “I can’t speak for something Matt did” - HE WORKS FOR YOU!! Pathetic excuse for a business. I lost hundreds of $$ on travel to go purchase the car on our SET APPOINTMENT TIME. More

The purpose of this letter is to officially file a complaint as I have been a victim of fraud by Toyota of Bourbonnais dealership. I was sold a vehicle under false pretense, and I need your help as I complaint as I have been a victim of fraud by Toyota of Bourbonnais dealership. I was sold a vehicle under false pretense, and I need your help as I have done my due diligence with trying to resolve this matter directly with Toyota of Bourbonnais dealership with no avail. On 08/16/23 I purchase a 2017 Hyundai Accent Se with the agreement and assurance by the salesman (Matt Hadley) that all of the body damage to the hood the bumper and paint on the vehicle would be repaired. I scheduled the repair and took time off of work to get this accomplished but when I receive the vehicle only the hood had been repaired. The bumper is still barely hanging on with some of the molding not connected. There are paint chips on the trim which were just touched up and not properly painted. The mechanical issue I had with the vehicle was 3 days from purchase date the check engine light came on saying it needed a new catalytic converter (Engine Code P0420). The repair shop stated this can happen when they clear out the code and once you drive the vehicle around it pops on. I have tried to remediate these issues reaching out several times to the dealership they have not remedy this situation. This dealership took advantage of me because I am young which they have referenced during interactions. I am seeking help to resolve this matter. More
