I recently purchased a vehicle here and Elizabeth Mars was the sales person that worked with my husband and I! Elizabeth was wonderful and walked us thru every step of the process!!! I am actually glad this dealer finally sent me the option to leave a review. Lets start with my experience at the dealer. First off, I was sent a certain deal via email prior to driving an hour over to purch to leave a review. Lets start with my experience at the dealer. First off, I was sent a certain deal via email prior to driving an hour over to purchase the truck. Upon arriving, test driving etc. The sales manager comes out and says they accidently didn't charge me the correct fees. And my difference was going up $900. They also adjusted the price on their vehicle $400. We went back and forth for another hour on an agreed upon deal because they wouldn't honor the email they sent. I finally had to give in and purchase the vehicle as I needed the truck for work the next day and no longer had time to shop... I go into finance where the finance manager was clearly upset that I was not using their financing or purchasing the products they had picked out for me. I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. Fast forward 7 days. I am driving through Louisiana for work and this truck breaks down leaving me stranded. Instead of losing my job, I had a tow truck take the truck to the nearest dealership in Slidell, La. Where I was put into a position of having to trade it in for a running vehicle to get to work. This was the worst dealership experience I have ever had, and the most expensive 7 days of my life...I will continue to steer every single person I can away from this dealership every chance i possibly can!!!! More
