Yesterday after a few of their sleazy tactics, they agreed to sell me a Honda Pilot Elite for my asking price, and when it came down to signing the purchase agreement, they put down in the contract Pilot Touring, not Elite, which is roughly $4000 cheaper, now no one has ever brought up the Touring, no one said anything about the Touring, I never said the word Touring to them, I had a scheduled appointment with them to purchase a Pilot Elite, I test drove a Pilot Elite and I negotiated the price for a Pilot Elite, yet they tried to run a fast one on me by selling me a Touring instead of an Elite thinking I won't catch it. Honda should be ashamed, the way you trained Racine Honda to sell your cars and make you money is shameful, disgusting, shocking and appalling. More

A good dealership overcomes challenges We purchased what was supposed to be a textbook perfect used car from Racine Honda. One owner, all maint done at the dealer, new brakes, new tires. Bu We purchased what was supposed to be a textbook perfect used car from Racine Honda. One owner, all maint done at the dealer, new brakes, new tires. But for some reason the car kept dying when my octogenarian parents coasted...into stop signs, up to slow traffic, etc. The service department was fantastic. Everyone I talked to from Brian, the service manager, to Zack and Sam, as well as Nicole and Chuck, were kind, professional and helpful. After keeping the car for a week to identify the problem, they fixed it. We thought. Long story short, the car died again several months later on the freeway! With the help of service manager, Brian, we decided it needed to be replaced. I spoke with sales manager, Victor, our original salesman, Jesse (the best!), Gracie, and sales GM Doug and we were able to get my parents into a 3 year lease of a new vehicle. Thanks to Amos in financing for walking us through that and Tyler for explaining the car’s features! I even had a chance to sit down and talk to the dealer GM, Matt, who was exceptionally helpful. We had a rotten situation, and thankfully no one was hurt, but the “customer focus” of every single person we spoke with was simply outstanding. They took what could have been a horrible experience and really went away very satisfied customers. More

Horrible service, no attention to detail I purchased my Civic from Racine Honda in 2014. My car is blue, but it was registered incorrectly as a red car by the sales team. Right off the bat, t I purchased my Civic from Racine Honda in 2014. My car is blue, but it was registered incorrectly as a red car by the sales team. Right off the bat, this dealership caused me headache as I now have to deal with the DMV and pay an unnecessary fee to get the registration fixed. I had my first couple service appointments done at Racine Honda before I moved to Madison in 2015. All of the service employees were very standoffish, generally unhelpful, and unkind. I am so glad I moved, because I get great customer service at Zimbrick Honda in Madison. You should send your “all new experience” sign to Zimbrick, since it would actually be accurate at their dealership. Unfortunately, I had little choice but to go to Racine Honda on Saturday, February 4th, 2019 while I was in town visiting family. There was a plastic covering hanging from the underbody of my car and scraping the ground, so I reluctantly went to the nearest Honda dealership. In hindsight, I would have rather driven 100 miles to Zimbrick Honda to have the repair done. Not surprisingly, my experience was terrible. My dad’s name is on the title to my car as well as my own name. I understand the initial confusion, but even after clarifying that my name is Sam and not Mike, I was referred to as Mike by both the associate and the general manager. There is no attention to detail at this dealership, going all the way back to the registration mistake. When I came to pick up my car, the associate handed me my papers as she was on the phone without saying a word to me. Finally, she hung up and just walked away before I could even ask where to pay and what work was done to fix my car. I tried following her into the showroom, but she walked right out the front door. At this point, I explained the situation to a salesman who approached me and asked if I had been helped. I received a rude response from him, sarcastically asking “Where do you expect to pick up your vehicle?”. At this point, I got into a heated argument with him because of his attitude towards me. The general manager, Matt Douvikas, approached me and brought me into his office. I explained to Matt all my frustrations, going back to the initial sales process. He tracked down the service associate and brought me over to speak with her about my concerns. Once again, I was referred to as Mike. My name is Sam. Finally, this survey was sent to my father, Mike. Even when asking for a review, you guys can’t get details correct. I am Sam, and clarified my contact information with everyone at the dealership before I left. Your service is so bad that my parents take their Honda Odyssey to the Kia dealership across the street. They’ve been very happy with their experience at Kia, and that’s where I will be going should I have an urgent need in Racine again. More

They sai Sales does not know the product. When it comes time to do paper work they say one thing and do another. You have to really watch the numbers. They said they were giving a set number for my trade, then lowered the amount on the contract hoping you don’t catch it. When you ask them about it they denie it and come up with all kinds of excuses. The manager never follows up on anything he said he would do. We do like vehicle. More

I personally would like to thank Jesse for being very patient with me and trying to get the best possible deal I probably could get. Jesse in my personal opinion represents the company very well by being professional, friendly, very helpful, and stayed in contact with me for throughout the process. Craig and Matt did everything they could for me as well and I appreciate that very much! There were a few mix ups in between but I honestly can say I really enjoyed doing my business here and I would most definitely recommend anyone to feel very comfortable purchasing a vehicle here!!
