Matt is just the best ! Today 6/8/2021 I couldn’t remove my key from the gnition, ( I purchased my jeep 2 weeks ago) This was as I had just got home from work about 5:30 . This establishment is in one word shady. I came in for a software update and after driving out of the parking lot had my check engine light come on. I immediately returned and was told I needed a $600 repai software update and after driving out of the parking lot had my check engine light come on. I immediately returned and was told I needed a $600 repair after being told my car had nothing wrong with it 5 minutes before. The mechanic informed me that I could have hit a bird or rock when he was the one who drove it to the interstate. My mechanic told me the louver Palmen mechanic broke simply slides up and out and did not need to be broken and taped inside of my front grill. This mechanic needs additional training and a dose of honesty when dealing with people in the public. He should be required to reimburse me for the repairs I need and the cost associated with them. Patti called me on the 5th and told me a manager would be in touch. Still waiting... More

I had the car in for oil change yesterday and they did everything including a pretty trip check. So today I get in the car and the dash lights up like a christmas tree! I rushed over and had a xxx mom everything including a pretty trip check. So today I get in the car and the dash lights up like a christmas tree! I rushed over and had a xxx moment with them over the fact that I was just here yesterday and they checked it out, reassured me they would take care of it in one hour...and they did! Again, under warranty so everything appears to be working out for the reasons I am a palm jeep customer...a great vehicle, reliable service, and great customer support. Matt was very accommodating. Even though my new/used car was damaged during the break in, he arranged for me to have a loaner car, which was beautiful, it’s a shame that he had to go through that and stress was damaged during the break in, he arranged for me to have a loaner car, which was beautiful, it’s a shame that he had to go through that and stress over the reaction of his customers. If anyone deserves a vacation I would say Matt does, to help with the stress he went through over the vandalism from the break in. Shawn did an awesome job as well replacing the cracked taillight.
