FOR THOSE PURCHASING A USED VEHICLE> this dealership is not as honest as you are led to believe. (SALES AND SERVICE -do not be fooled by the videos) They will take advantage of you even though they say th not as honest as you are led to believe. (SALES AND SERVICE -do not be fooled by the videos) They will take advantage of you even though they say they are the dealership that won't. They led us to believe the used RAV4 was in great shape. "gold certified means its in great shape, you have nothing to worry about, we stand behind the car or it wouldn't be gold certified." NOT TRUE> We bought a used, Toyota RAV4 Gold Certified with 64K. It turns out the Gold Certified does NOT mean it was brought up to par by the Toyota dealership. (only that it has less mileage than Silver Certified). I'm grateful that the clearly-noisy-damaged-strut broke shortly after purchase and prior to my 10K mile warranty ending. I had taken it back twice to ask about the loud knocking sound, only to be dismissed as - "added a clip" or "all taken care of" only to completely fall apart AFTER I was told is was safe to drive. Then found out they also DID NOT DO THE RECOMMENDED 60K MILEAGE SERVICES ( Transmission flush etc...) among other things, because they are considered "recommended" or "preventative care" that they do not do when they sell a car. KEEP THAT DOUBLE STANDARD IN MIND when you purchase. I've owned 3 Toyota RAV4s, never had anything more than oil, brakes, tire, filter change....usual wear and tear... ran them all well over 220K miles @30K miles a year. Our first used car will be our last. And now that we truly understand their double standards, it may be our last Toyota - but we will DEFINITELY NOT be returning for service or purchase at DCH Wappinger Falls. And btw... your calls will not be returned, they will always be "running a note down to the floor manager" unless you call multiple MULTIPLE times on the same day and suggest you are coming into the dealership to settle the matter. I also had to take the car to my local service person AND additional Toyota dealership to understand the issue fully so I could take action while still under warranty. I take responsibility coming in as a first time used car buyer and not knowing the exact questions to ask. Don't make the same mistake. They are hoping you will. (couldn't submit without rating a human - this is bigger than the individual, though they are willing - this is corporate. None of my people were listed. I gave Mary 5 stars even though I didn't go through the internet.) More

As always, service is top of the line at DCH Wappingers Toyota! In and out very quickly, never have an issue. I always recommend them when someone asks about purchasing a new vehicle. Toyota! So I was just checking kbb values on my car and I guess they sent my info to these guys. I told them that and the only I would even consider was a GR Corolla. Which prior to this I was never able to find o they sent my info to these guys. I told them that and the only I would even consider was a GR Corolla. Which prior to this I was never able to find or drive one. To my surprised they said yes come on in. The car was ready for me and everything went smoothly until pricing. I was already aware since covid they been add xx charges to all their cars but they also dont make up for that with their trade numbers. they offered me less then the offers i got and added 1400$ on their car. eventually they honored part of the online price but we were still about 1000-2000$ apart. No manger got involved and that happens alot here. They are usually atleast professional but the added charges and lack of desire to make a sale are deal breakers. I was hoping to finalize something since we werent too far off. But no follow up. PS note after i checked the insurance i foundout the gr corolla has an insanely high insurance rate. And i am 46 with clean license. More

Depending on your salesperson, could be a hit or miss experience. Made all the difference once we got a new agent on our case.
