To anyone looking to finance a new-to-you vehicle, I am a young adult who has never financed a vehicle before. Prior to this experience, my partner and I had never made any big purchases together eithe am a young adult who has never financed a vehicle before. Prior to this experience, my partner and I had never made any big purchases together either. At first, we were apprehensive about the entire process; however, the team at Super Dave’s Auto Sales was very helpful and gave us so much guidance. We now have a vehicle we love at a more-than-fair price. My partner and I had Martin Naugler as our Sales Representative (at the New Minas location). He was very knowledgeable, professional, and fast. Martin gave us several great recommendations. He even went out of his way - by staying late after closing on a Friday evening - to make sure we had an application for the vehicle we were interested in before the weekend. Martin was very friendly and easy to talk with. We really got the sense from that he wanted to help us and genuinely cared. We also spoke with Scott several times while doing business at the New Minas location. He was very helpful during the whole process, and we appreciated everything he did for us. He put the sold sign in the car for us, and offered to take photos of us with our new vehicle (as we were/are very excited!). In general, the business model at Super Dave’s is fantastic. You can view their entire inventory online, and apply for financing using the same modality. Within a day of applying, we heard back from Martin. The rates for financing were the best we had found (after months of looking), and the perks that went along with vehicle contact were the most competitive in the market. Super Dave’s provides a full tank of gas, undercoating, 2 sets of keys, the option for vehicle delivery, etc. We even got a 1-year warranty on our used vehicle, which we didn’t find at any other dealership. Anything to do with the DMV was also taken care of for us. We were able to just sign the papers and drive off the lot. It was all very easy and painless. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new set of wheels. I would recommend business with Martin and Scott any day. It truly was a pleasure doing business with everyone.
