This is my second car I have purchased through SuperDave’s. My first experience 3 years ago was not good, but, I decided to try again. First, I asked for 2 things, an SUV, with a trailer hitch SuperDave’s. My first experience 3 years ago was not good, but, I decided to try again. First, I asked for 2 things, an SUV, with a trailer hitch. The vehicle was initially in Yarmouth. In a time of COVID, no visit purchases, I asked for pictures of the vehicle to confirm the trailer hitch. No one in Yarmouth had a phone or camera, so this was not possible. I came into the office, signed all the papers. Then, when the car was finally brought to the Dartmouth location for servicing and cleaning, a couple weeks later, the pictures that were taken, confirmed no hitch. Immediately I cancelled the deal, then a day later, I renegotiated to pay additional 250.00 to have a hitch installed. A week later, the hitch was on, and I took possession of the Jeep Cherokee. I resigned the papers, noticing an increase of my bi weekly payments. With no explanation, I assume it was additional charges for the trailer hitch I already paid for. Then 2 weeks after I took possession, the company that financed my previous vehicle took a 600.00 payment out of my account. They had no knowledge of the buy out of that vehicle. I contacted SuperDaves, and discovered they had only JUST mailed the check for the buy out. Obviously with the shortcomings of this transaction, Iam very happy with the Cherokee, much less happy with SuperDave’s. More
