Great service. .friendly atmosphere Price was right, sales presonal were informative and friendly, the showroom and facilities were clean and a good selection of automobiles.....the only Price was right, sales presonal were informative and friendly, the showroom and facilities were clean and a good selection of automobiles.....the only MINOR negitive issue was, the 42minute waite between signing the agreement to purchase ( completed sales order) and the management acceptance and lagel paperwork. Martin DeSalterain was forthcoming with information on the vehicle in all ways at all times and answered all of my questions completely. The car's history was made available to me via the service record and the CarFax on the computer screen at his desk and later as a printed version. As a service industry worker myself, I'm very particular about how I am treated as a customer. His customer service was on point and consistent and this dealership should be extremely pleased to have him as part of their team. Thank you Sport Subaru, and thank you Martin! More

I sent an email inquiry and had David and Martin were both fantastic. I live two hours away from the dealership and saw a vehicle online that I like. I sent an email inquiry and had a response from David by phone in less than an hour. David was not working on the day that I visited the dealership. No problem. Martin took over from there and took me on a test drive and showed me the features of the vehicle. I purchase the car that day. When I came back to pick up the car with my wife Martin took his time and showed my wife the features and how to use some of the new technology. It was a great experience I will go back for my next to Subaru. More

From our first visit to our special order purchase to the follow up and support, our experience has been excellent. The high information/low pressure approach was great. We have been looking for an SUV for months, including luxury models and settled on a special order Forester XT Touring because of the design, features, and value. While we waited for our SUV to be delivered, our salesperson, Martin, kept us updated as to our order status. He texted us every Friday without fail. Now that we own the vehicle, he continues to make himself available to answer questions and has set up a morning for us to come back to go over the amazing features! Our experience with the finance department was in par with the excellent sales experience. Jonathan was knowledgeable, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. We got a very fair trade in on our old vehicle, as well. All in all, we are very pleased with our experience! More
