Going the extra mile! I enjoyed my experience with Bob V and Marshall B at Jeff Belzer's. I inquired about 4 different vehicles and they took the time to get me pricing bef I enjoyed my experience with Bob V and Marshall B at Jeff Belzer's. I inquired about 4 different vehicles and they took the time to get me pricing before I got there and reviewed them all with me when I arrived. After reviewing all the information I have decided to buy that night, as I would have had to wait a week to get the deal I wanted. They even went the extra mile and followed up with me to make sure I am completely happy with the purchase and price of vehicle. Additionally, due to a misunderstanding in finance, I have been told that I am going to get reimbursed about 400 dollars. This makes me really happy to see that they are looking after their customers well being and satisfaction. Thank you Jeff Bellzer's for going the extra mile to make a customer completed happy with the purchase. More

Awesome Customer Service Marshall went above and beyond taking care of my request for a used mini van. I found the Van on Auto Trader. com and emailed Marshall for more info. I also texted him on his personal phone over 100 times. Marshall exceeded my expectations thru all my questions. When the time came for me to come pick it up is when i really was impressed. Marshall was patient and answered all my questions and concerns. Not to mention helping me secure financing with Tim's help. I told these gentlemen what type of payment i needed and they made it happen. Tim did a great job helping me with the financing. Tim treated me with respect and made me feel important and he did the paperwork with me very well. Great Job Marshall and TIm!!! More

He said they had allocations for one and I could order,with delivery taking about 10 weeks. My black cat arrived in 9 weeks and driven home 400 miles to central IL. Marshall kept me updated on the status of the build and helped with travel arrangements. He was very courteous, friendly, and well informed. I settled on a used 2010 RAM 3500 for my vehicle choice. Dodge had a P65 recall in place and I could not take delivery until the recall parts were installed. I had to wait three months for that to happen. Marshall kept me informed and quickly answered my questions without raising any false hopes. We communicated by phone, internet and texting. I could not have been more pleased with Marshall's service throughout the process. I was given a loaner car due to the lengthy wait. I had never done business at Belzer's before, but I was thoroughly impressed and would definitely consider them for my future vehicle needs. I would also recommend Belzer's to my friends. More

Awesome I only bought my vehicle at Jeff Belzer's in Lakeville, because of Marshall Berg. As a salesman myself, I am very hard to deal with, but Marshall made I only bought my vehicle at Jeff Belzer's in Lakeville, because of Marshall Berg. As a salesman myself, I am very hard to deal with, but Marshall made it very easy. The attention to detail, always answering your phone call, always returning messages and always letting us know the status of our car. He also put my wife in a courtesy vehicle for a week, with was great. He helped my get my fleet vehicle into service and put me in a courtesy vehicle as well, which allows me to do my job. By far, hands down, the best car buying experience I have ever had. If I was management, I would hire Marshall to work for me at my company selling. Greg Larson More
