Very pleased experience with Marque Hoenig at Herb Chambers Toyota in Auburn. I purchased a new RAV 4 and he did everything to make me satisfy, e.g., competitive price, offering ride to my place when Chambers Toyota in Auburn. I purchased a new RAV 4 and he did everything to make me satisfy, e.g., competitive price, offering ride to my place when I don't have a car, keeping responsive to my various questions and concerns, trying to get the car with the color I like, etc. In addition, they provide employee discount program so remember to contact Marque for details and check whether your employer is on the list. Overall, very pleasant experience and definitely would come back if need another toyota car. More

I have purchased my last 5 cars from Marque so it was a no brainer when my last truck started having issues. I always purchased used cars in the past, but not usually a Toyota. We looked around for cars that qualified and I fell in love with my new Toyota. Ill be back in the future for my next vehicle purchase! More

I recently purchased a Prius from Marque Hoenig at Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn. The entire purchase process was very professional and stratight forward. Marque worked closely with me to ensure that my insurance company and credit union received the neccessary paperwork so that I was able to close on the car loan 4 hours after I applied for the loan. The week that I was going to pick up my car Marque was on vacation and asked Tim Dalton assist me. Even though I was not Tim's customer, he went to the DMV to obtain the registration and plates for the Prius, made sure that the plates along with the registration from my trade-in were correctly processed by the DMV and was there to orientate me to the Prius. I am very happy with my Prius and highly recommend working with both Marque and Tim from Herb Chambers Toyota of Avon. Joanne Meisner More

Based upon his respect for me and my time, as well as his lack of pushiness, we specifically called to find when he might be available when we were ready to purchase. He was up front and honest - this was far and away the most transparent experience I have ever had in terms of price, options, etc. He worked with us to find the exact model with the exact features I wanted. My experience with Marque was great. He was very nice, helpful, easy to work with and I plan on doing business with him again. We did and continue to have an issue finding the title to the vehicle I have helpful, easy to work with and I plan on doing business with him again. We did and continue to have an issue finding the title to the vehicle I have purchased. I believe it will be taken care of very soon but it does reflect on my overall experience as I bought a car that I cannot drive right away and it is very disappointing. So I rated overall experience as "good" versus "great" due to this issue and not due Marque or any other employee I met and worked with in the purchase of this vehicle. More
