Always professional and honest if he did not know the answer to my questions. Marlon arranged an overnight test drive and had it delivered to our home- wow! Such a wonderful thing to do for professional moms! He touched base with us via text and email, as we preferred, but never too much. He gave us "space" and time while we went to other dealers. Ultimately we purchased a 2018 Chevy Traverse without ever stepping foot in the dealership. Marlon handled all the details and paperwork via phone and email. The car was delivered by him to us at home on the date/time convenient to us. Why can't everything be this nice and easy?! Thank you Marlon Poole at Tom Gill Chevrolet! More

Great Experience! I came here to purchase a used car following an incident with my first car. I fell in love with my car but had trouble committing to it because it was a little more than I wanted to spend. Mindy Louden found it for us the first day we had come out but I just wasn't ready to say yes yet. She had a great personality and was amazing and very helpful to us. Marlon Poole was a great salesman and talked me through my decision without making me feel pressured in any way. My car came with no problem and we were very pleased. I visited other dealerships promoting their cars to be in perfect condition but that wasn't the case with them. My family loves Tom Gill Chevrolet and it will continue to be our top choice when purchasing cars in the future. More
