"Incompetent- Rude - Dishonest"
- not happyUptown Audi has the worst service department I have ever dealt with. They are incompetent and take zero responsibility for their work. It all flows from the top where Mark the service manager is rude and dishonest. He only cares for the rating he will get when corporate sends a survey. His staff botched a repair job and instead of taking responsibility asked me to take the car somewhere else. Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from this xxxx hole led by a lying bully
