Best Car Buying Experience Mark was able to answer all of my questions which was a breath of fresh air compared to most car salesmen. This is my first experience buying a car from this hear dealership. I acquired 2019 Toyota Sienna, and couldn't be happier. Worst customer Service plus they cheat you too I signed the lease on August 30th and they call me the next day saying they wouldn't give me the car because on I'm visa so i extend my current car le I signed the lease on August 30th and they call me the next day saying they wouldn't give me the car because on I'm visa so i extend my current car lease and went about my life and they give me a call few weeks later saying that they got TFS to approve my loan. So they give me the car in October and to my shock they charged me for an entire month from August 30th and now I get a bill for late car return fee of $350 for my old car.I literally gave my old car the day I got my new car. I tried to call them multiple times, they ignored me and when I go there they made me wait for hours. I would NOT RECOMMEND this dealership. Please save yourself from being cheated More
