Mark has always helped me with making sure I understood all the electronics and safety features and it is so appreciated! Marco in finance is extremely professional and I felt comfortable with all the paperwork, he made sure everything was clear. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle or any type of service! Great body shop too! More

I found a car on Toyota Scranton's website that I was interested in purchasing so I indicated interest. Within minutes Jordan Winkler called me and made an appointment for later that morning. When I arrived Jordan greeted me at the door and made me feel welcome. He even offered a coffee and breakfast sandwich. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in leading me through the purchase process. After taking the car home Jordan checked in periodically to see if I had any questions or concerns. I had trouble getting my phone to work completely through Android Auto so Jordan and one of his co-workers, Mark, spent over and hour helping to resolve the issue. Such dedication and excellent customer service is hard to find and much appreciated in today's world More
