Even better! The service provided at Morrie’s is typically efficient and workmanlike. On this visit, I returned to Morrie’s after they ordered a replacement part. The service provided at Morrie’s is typically efficient and workmanlike. On this visit, I returned to Morrie’s after they ordered a replacement part. I got the call from Parts when it arrived as scheduled and promised, and they set up an appointment that fit my schedule. I was greeted by name as I got out of my car and was greeted by my service manager on the way in the door. He knew that I was staying and working during the service and sent me in right away and stated the time the work would be done. Like clockwork, my service manager came with my keys at the stated time and sent me on my way with my warranty repaired Tucson. More

Good and bad In went to morries because my friend bought a vehical from Andre and I stopped in the service department to see if they could fix my seat on my santa In went to morries because my friend bought a vehical from Andre and I stopped in the service department to see if they could fix my seat on my santa fe. A parts manager and andrea helped me order the part and set up an appt. On my original appointment the service and parts departments did not communicate because when I showed up my part wasn't there, in fact it was on backorder. I received a confirmation call two days prior so assumed my part was there especially since the parts person assured me my part would be in so it would be ok to make an appointment when they ordered my part. I drive to golden valley from chaska for the appt to find out the part wasn't there. I felt extremely put out in that there was zero communication between these departments. I was going to look at new chemicals that day but after that experience I left. I received a call the following week that my part was in and made a new appointment. The service person was very pleasant and helpful on my second visit and kept me informed on the progress of my vehical. Bradley was the service person who helped me on my second visit. More
