I made an appointment online for a full service oil change and transmission fluid exchange. I also told Mark that when I dropped off my vehicle. When I picked it up that had done an express oil chang change and transmission fluid exchange. I also told Mark that when I dropped off my vehicle. When I picked it up that had done an express oil change only. I expressed my frustration to the advisor checking me out and all I got was “I’m sorry, you’ll have to reschedule to bring it back.” Very frustrating as it’s difficult to find a time to take my vehicle in with my busy work and family schedule. Also, my frustration was compounded when I reviewed the provided report when I got home and it was recommended to exchange the transmission fluid. No one called to ask if they should perform this service and no one reviewed this report with me when I picked up my vehicle. Extremely poor customer service! More

Sharp gives prompt service, has comfortable rooms to wait in for car service to be completed, and easy access to their showroom for dreaming of a newer car. I feel their pricing is high, but have owned a CR in for car service to be completed, and easy access to their showroom for dreaming of a newer car. I feel their pricing is high, but have owned a CRV since 2016 and don't know what other dealers charge for similar services. I do wish Honda would have a "rewards" program in place (like 5 oil changes earns a free one, etc.). More
