The entire dealership has problems both in service, sales staff and sales management. We leased a 2013 Buick Lacrosse and, fortunately, the car was the only good thing that came out of the "Buick Experience". The salesman misrepresented the Excess Wear feature of the lease saying "Buick doesn't nickel and dime you" for little dings. He never showed us the applicable provision on the lease document nor told us about what really happens when you turn in the car. And what car after 2 years hasn't had a ding from another car door in a parking lot? Then, much to our surprise, before the car is due back you get an end of lease "package" with instructions and with a template with a quarter-sized opening. Anything bigger than the quarter sized opening is chargeable. When I returned the car, and discussed it with the General Sales Manager, he too mislead me saying "if you do get a bill, you can negotiate it". He forgot to tell me whatever balance wasn't paid to the bank (Ally, the successor to GMAC) will appear on your credit reports as an unpaid debt. Stay away from these guys! Find another dealer. Run as fast as you can! More

Wouldn't go anywhere else This is my 4th Acadia I've leased from the GMC O'Reilly Dealership in Newtown Square, PA. I will not go anywhere else. Might sound odd, but I do This is my 4th Acadia I've leased from the GMC O'Reilly Dealership in Newtown Square, PA. I will not go anywhere else. Might sound odd, but I do call it my "Cheers" of car dealerships. Everyone is friendly, professional and very helpful. I can depend on Mark Robinson to move me seamlessly from one lease to another. He knows my needs and budget and crunches the numbers to always make it work. Stuart Krechmer (the finance guru) knows exactly what needs to be done to make the final piece of the sale go smoothly. The service operation headed by Karl Slifer completes the perfect package. I have never found any part of this dealership that I have ever had any complaints. I couldn't be happier with my experiences with O'Reilly GMC. I highly recommend it to anyone who is buying a GMC or Buick vehicle. More

Excellent Dealership. Great People to Work with. This was our first time to lease a vehicle. Bruce did a great job of explaining the various aspects of a lease. Also, Bruce was knowledgeable about the options available on different models and years. Lastly, he was respectful as we discussed price and the value of our trade-in. When it came time to complete the paperwork, Stewart the business manager was very detailed and patient in explaining each document and our options. My wife and I will definitely recommend Bruce and O'Reilly to friends and family that are looking to buy or lease a new car. More

We purchased a 2011 Buick Enclave in June 2013, the experience we had at O'Reilly Buick was exceptional. My visit to O'Reilly was the best car buying experience I have ever had. After much research, I found the car I wanted at OReilly, and they offered me a price I knew to be extremely fair right experience I have ever had.
