Totally bullied me into buying. I tried to leave twice but they wouldn't let me. They would not return the key or title to my trade in. Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with. Honest straightforward and completely transparent on all aspects of the purchase. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and very helpful as well.
