For over 3 Years I have been valued customer at Acura, on Friday Jan.15th I brought my Acura RDX 2016 for a quick service, I notice for the 3rd time I For over 3 Years I have been valued customer at Acura, on Friday Jan.15th I brought my Acura RDX 2016 for a quick service, I notice for the 3rd time I have been there each time the mechanics that have taken my car did not use any protection to cover my seat, or to protect my floor mats. After I picked up my car I found grease on the seat, steering wheel and door panel. Sorry, It is not acceptable for the light color interior to not use any protection from dirty clothing and shoes. Car wash is never available, always 30-40 minutes waiting time. Customer satisfaction should be priority for any dealership. More
