My experience was an all around pleasant experience. Went in for a warranty item. I travel all the way from Manhattan to get my car serviced here, even though there is a MINI dealership 5 miles from me. Like most MINI service departments they always send videos of the work that n serviced here, even though there is a MINI dealership 5 miles from me. Like most MINI service departments they always send videos of the work that needs to be done. But there’s is just a little more thoughtful and explanatory which I completely appreciate. And even with that, my service agent Mark, came over and went over the work needed even further. It may be an extra commute and a $14 dollar toll just to get there but it’s 1000% worth it. More
