From the moment I bought my 2015 Sierra 1500, to the two scheduled services I've had - I have yet to have one hiccup. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They honestly make you feel more like a family member looking to make sure your vehicle is in good operation rather than a dealership looking to make money. I can't stress it enough - If anyone is looking for a great place to buy a set of wheels and have the reassurance of a good crew to back it up, come to Gates! More
