Mike Cunningham was amazing to work with. He went out of his way to ensure we were taken of from start to finish. We purchased a BMW for my son’s first car and this is our second time buying He went out of his way to ensure we were taken of from start to finish. We purchased a BMW for my son’s first car and this is our second time buying from CBB. Mike ensured all of our questions were answered and made my son feel important as part of the buying experience. This is a review im making that im not being rushed to make.I bought a 2007 corvette in june of 2025. vehicle had no warranty other than the 3 days or 500 miles. I bought the car on a Saturday and by Sund make.I bought a 2007 corvette in june of 2025. vehicle had no warranty other than the 3 days or 500 miles. I bought the car on a Saturday and by Sunday I realized the power steering did not work after car was driven for enough time to warm it up. contacted the dealership on Monday to let them know of the problem. The response was they would get back with me.A day later they gave me the number to a local shop. this whole time my time is running out to return the car. After not being able to drive the car all week it was finaly in the shop thursday for evaluation. And complamentary inspection. I finnaly got word on the following Monday that the car needed a 2500.00 power steering replacement plus about 5000.00 of other work. Two days latter they agreed to take care of the power steering But I was on the hook for everything else. Some would say I should have paid for the extended warranty. The warranty was going to cost over 6000.00 on a 25500.00 car. I traded in a car that they said I was 2000.00 in the red on. So my cost should have been 27500.00. I gave them 5000.00 down payment and by the time they got everything approved was almost a month after I got the car. It was financed through someone diffrent than they said it would be and at a higher rate. they called me at work and had me complete new paperwork on my phone during my lunch hour. Needless to say I did not have time to read all the paper work due to being at work. I should have just refused to sign but I already had 5000.00 worth of work done to the car. So my 25500.00 car cost me 38000.00. It would have been more but after paying my second payment I decided to pay it off to not get hit with all that interest. More

Andy was such a great help when it came to answering my questions, very honest and always responded in a timely manner. I felt terrible for potentially causing headaches, making him and Mark Miller go back questions, very honest and always responded in a timely manner. I felt terrible for potentially causing headaches, making him and Mark Miller go back and forth with a potential trade in, lots of price adjustments and so on, but to my surprise they always remained patient and transparent! I originally scheduled a test drive with Danny and although he wasn’t available he still offered to help out when he was free with a smile on his face! I ultimately received Andy’s assistance and it was a very smooth process on what is considered a big purchase. The CBB team were all extremely knowledgeable and helpful so much so that even my boyfriend is considering a purchase! More

Salesman man was great fun to talk to about cars. There is no negotiation of any kind, you either take their price and product or you move along.
