I was greeted by my salesman " Jeff Hallenbeck," and unbeknownst to me at the time, was to also become a good friend. Down to earth, humorous and made my experience so pleasant that at times when i'm in the neighborhood I actually stop in to say "hello" and look at some of the "blow you away" editions to they're inventory. Jeff's demeanor, his ability to listen, understand, and show you what would fit your taste and lifestyle makes the buying experience the best I have ever had. No wasted time in showing me things just to sell a car. It was obvious we were on the same page and he cared, genuinely about what I was looking for. I bought for the car, but Jeff let me leave with confidence and trust in my purchase. I also had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with "Jack" the owner of this exquisite, classy, dealership. What a shock. He wasn't this arrogant stuffed shirt that he very well could have been. He was as down to earth as Jeff !! ( I secretly think they're brothers ) Anyone reading this, I almost never write these things but there is only 1 place I will go from now on for my purchase. Benz and Beemer. We were purchasing an X3 for my wife, and from the get go, Jesus was very polite and attentive to what I was looking for, and his sales manager Mark was willing to listen to what I was asking and together we came up with a plan that worked for my purchase. Follow up skills were excellent in that they offered to help us find cars not on the lot which were more in line for what we were looking for. They offer a no haggle price and their prices are very fair as we comp’ed out multiple cars. Kinda sorry we didnt end up buying a car with them as they definitely were eager to earn our business and deserved to win. More
