Replacing vehicle for daughter's car that was totaled I needed to replace my daughters car that was totaled by a drunk driver (no one was in the car so no injuries!). My daughter goes to school in Arizona, and I live in Seattle so I needed to get the process done over a quick weekend trip to Phoenix. Ryan at this dealership did a fantastic job from understanding what we were looking for and having the sense of urgency needed to get a deal done. I believe the BMW we purchased was a very good value and in excellent condition. The whole process was professional, and have had great follow up after purchase. Highly recommend dealership and Ryan. They make the right choic In a state full of dealerships, it almost feels daunting to pick the right one - I can ASSURE you that CBB is like no other. They make the right choice incredibly easy. I worked alongside Berrin from start to finish and he was very patient and knowledable while finding the perfect car. He’s happy to answer any question and if he doesn’t know the answer he will immediately find it. There was no pressure involved, no steering to a specific car or any other things typical of a standard dealership. Anytime that I’d reach out and Berrin wasn’t available, the team would hop in right away and help me with any inquiries. They were always super attentive and responded to calls with a sense of urgency. Travis, the finance director, helped me hone in on the right lender to go with and had no bias to any specific one. Navigating the jump to a $65-70k car is a hard one without the right help and he made it very smooth. Mark, Trevor and Robert - all sales managers - helped field a lot of questions over the phone that I had along the way and treated each one with genuine concern. No question too small. I would HIGHLY recommended this dealership and I also plan to work with them for future car purchases. They’re great at what they do and it’s nice seeing dealerships reverse the typical industry stigmas. Client experience is huge and they exhibit it at the highest level. Thanks again guys!! More
