I want to thank Benz & Beamer for showing me such nice hospitality and a strong emphasis on customer service. They took a vehicle that I wanted to trade in, that I didn’t have with me and they went ahead hospitality and a strong emphasis on customer service. They took a vehicle that I wanted to trade in, that I didn’t have with me and they went ahead and took my word for it and gave me the vehicle that I wanted to purchase and let me bring in the car the following day. The vehicle i purchased was spotless. They detailed it filled it, and filled gas. Not only was the salesman very helpful his name was Q. Also the general manager was just as helpful! He helped me every step of the way after it was time to finance and they treated me like a human being and not just a $! I’ll be buying my third vehicle from Benz and Beamer in less than a year probably. mainly because of the way they treat me. There’s a lot of dealerships that have nice cars but there’s more than just a car when you buy a vehicle. Its a big purchase.
