A very poor car buying experience. I struggled to feel comfortable with the first salesman. Felt to me like they were looking to maximize making as much as they could from this one purchase, not grooming comfortable with the first salesman. Felt to me like they were looking to maximize making as much as they could from this one purchase, not grooming the customer to feel that this should be their go to dealership for all future cars and services. I was lied to by the finance department. Sales manager was involved too late to try to salvage the deal. Walked away, requested my deposit back and bought a different vehicle. i would tell anyone looking to buy a vehicle that this dealership should not be their first choice. More
