Absolute pleasure to buy a car at this estblishment. The car was exactly in the condition that was described and i couldnt ask for anything more. Once again the boys at B&B went above and beyond protocol for a car dealership. I asked him for a X5M Competition and they delivered with day 2021 vehicle with 5000 miles on it , still smelling like a new ca for a car dealership. I asked him for a X5M Competition and they delivered with day 2021 vehicle with 5000 miles on it , still smelling like a new car and they gave me more than I was expecting for my trade-in and treat me like family every time I come in. I would strongly encourage anyone looking for a foreign car stop in Benz and Beamer. Let’s not forget Morgan in service had my car clear braed in a day of two And he didn’t just do the typical quarter way up the hood. They did up to the windshield and the side mirrors..This is how dedicated my Salesman James is, he moved three blocks away from the dealership so if he has any calls or concerns from any of his recent customers he’s only a couple minutes away to satisfy any of their questions or problems. That’s customer serviced !!!! And the sales manager David is like an encyclopedia for cars. Any of the vehicles there or not , he’s more than happy to talk to you about it weather it be good or bad for your fit for your lifestyle and most of all he’s very competitive with his trade-in values not looking to gouge anybody!!
