This guy has more integrity in his pinky finger than most dealerships do in their entire staff. He suggested multiple options for us to trade, not trade or trade a couple days down the road. He didn’t try to hide anything about the deal. When a sales person is pointing out things on the vehicle that he’s going to take care of, it makes you feel very comfortable about the deal. I’ll start all my next car buying ventures with Andy at CBB. They have a beautiful inventory and state of the art shop for all the repairs we may ever need. Financing was easy and we got a super low interest rate working with Sheridan. Trust me, if you’re in the market for a solid used vehicle you can rest easy about, give Andy a call. Naeem (known as "Q") was really great to work with. I have always been sceptical of car dealerships, but I must say that my experience with Naeem and the dealership has been very good. I didn't get a "screaming" deal on the used BMW that I purchased, but I did get a fair deal... which is acceptable to me. Naeem was extremely helpful, courteous, and kind. He is very knowledgeable of BMW's and I believe he truly enjoys his work. There was an issue with the car that needed to be addressed, and the dealership (especially Brian in their shop) did what they promised to take care of it. While I'm at it, I hope this dealership knows the value they have in Naeem AND Brian, and I hope they express their value to both of them. I would recommend calling Naeem if you are in the market for a high-end used vehicle. More

I received a follow up call from Mark and make me feel they where really focused on my deal even though I wasn't present. They secured my loan and Sarah gave me a great deal But I got to say My man Danny finished it of and also kept close communication, responded my text every time even for simple silly question that came from my excitement from buying this beautiful RED 6 series. The process was excellent everything handled on line, signatures and very importantly I got confirmation that I will get my car in only a couple of days. Once again a great experience at Benz and Beemer. The salesman Q left Benz and Beemer to take a manager spot at a different dealership and he missed the family atmosphere and personal relationships, that salesman Q left Benz and Beemer to take a manager spot at a different dealership and he missed the family atmosphere and personal relationships, that he doesn’t had to come back. And then talk about team player James who was my salesman of the last couple car deals actually gave me to Q because he felt that he had far more knowledge of the particular car I was buying and it would do me a diss service to have him as the car salesman just because of the particular make and model Q was an expert in. The general manager David kept the car dealership open till about 9 o’clock letting me drive 4 different vehicles to make sure that was buying the one car for me so I had no bars remorse whatsoever. Mark the other manager stayed to make sure that my car deal went through even though his sons 18th birthday was happening at home and his wife calling at least four or five times to see where he was at and he said honey I got a car deal I have to close… that’s dedication thanks Benz and Beemer!!!
