My low rating of this dealership is based solely on my interactions with JB salesperson I exchanged emails regarding a used 911. Personally, I felt JB's response to my questions about the 911 were slight interactions with JB salesperson I exchanged emails regarding a used 911. Personally, I felt JB's response to my questions about the 911 were slightly condescending. In fairness, I can honestly say that JB was professional and polite. JB wasn't rude or disrespectful. I just felt that after reading his email that I wouldn't choose to purchase from him at Porsche Ontario. The responses to my concerns were quickly and professionally responded to by several associates and even the general manager. I believe that Porsche Ontario and it's staff are amazing and professional. I just had a slightly less than Porsche perfect experience with only 1 employee , JB. All of my interactions with this dealership were documented emails with JB , and the GM , and his assistant. The Dealership's response below asking for a phone call when they have our emails, is an attempt to get my review pulled from cars com and here. Thank you for responding More

I love going to Porsche Ontario their customer service is amazing, great Porsches beautiful I fall in love every time I go there! I went in for regular scheduled maintenance. My husband is a former dealer of 8 dealerships and I am back to Walters once again buying a new car. Jonathan (JB) has been so helpful in putting me into my new Taycan, again. I love these cars and I have had many different brands over the years. To get into an electric car is not as easy as 1,2,3. You have to learn the car and learn how to drive it, especially this one. Its a Porsche still. Coming out of a 911 into this was so easy, its like a 911 on steroids. I have room for my shopping finally ! I would not of been able to learn all the features without Jonathan helping me learn this model as the software is slightly different. He made it so easy. HIs knowledge of the brand overall is amazing. If I had known him years ago I am sure my husband would of stolen him for his care and knowledge. More

This dealership is a prime example of what a good dealership is, in all departments. The sales person JB who sold me the car has extensive experience on the Taycan which has so many features, his h dealership is, in all departments. The sales person JB who sold me the car has extensive experience on the Taycan which has so many features, his help is a must. He has spend hours with me walking me through every inch of the car. The after sales care has been first class too. I would highly recommend that you go to the Ontario store and ask to work with JB for any models you want to buy and you will not regret it. More

The entire experience from placing the order with my SA Christian Agraso to meeting and talking things over with the GM Mark signing docs with Michael and getting to walk through some of the PDI process wi Christian Agraso to meeting and talking things over with the GM Mark signing docs with Michael and getting to walk through some of the PDI process with Manni in Service was top notch. Porsche Ontario sets the bar for all others. I have bought two vehicles from Porsche Ontario now and I plan on doing it again. Specific above and beyond moments - Christian always going out of the way to remember my wife and kids, if they have any needs, etc. He is so accommodating with everything, even my crazy demands on keeping the plastic stickers on the car so I can pull them off myself. Mark, Manni and Michael, all went out of their way to get to know me and make my experience fun. What a great team. Hats off to Porsche Ontario, Job Well Done. BTW - The new GT3 is amazing!!! More
