Glen, I'm well aware of this situation and I want to apologize again for what happened. Your RV did in fact have some damage, we of course took full responsibility for it and had it sent to Giant RV to have it repaired. We made you aware of the timeline to get the parts from Canada but with the Pandemic everything was delayed; business's employees being out of work, shippers being out of work, and even the factories shut down. I am very sorry this happened and you had to wait these weeks to get your RV back. We certainly do care, tried our very best and then some to make this better for you. In Response to Mr. Usary Once the parts were ordered it took 4 days to get them. Mr Garcia did nothing to follow up or get the parts ordered for almost 4 weeks. The vehicle could not be used until repaired because of damage to the shore plug. There were no factory shut downs or Pandemic delays that had any effect on this.You and your employee are using this as an excuse to cover up terrible service. Your employee lied to me about when things would happen and then did not return my calls for over 3 weeks.You have demonstrated that you did not care about this and made no attempt to consider the loss of a new $160,000 vehicle for 2 months. It is my hope that a least one or two people read this and reconsider doing business with your dealership. I will tell this story whenever I can to ensure this happens.
