Adam was pleasant to deal with he was very nice and took great care of me by getting my vehicle done i I brought my vehicle in to get it's A service. Damaged my new Sprinter LTV I brought my 2020 Sprinter LTV in for warranty service on the cruise control. It took them 10 days to fix it and then Adam Garcia called and said "I h I brought my 2020 Sprinter LTV in for warranty service on the cruise control. It took them 10 days to fix it and then Adam Garcia called and said "I have good news and bad news". The bad news was they did almost $6000 worth of body damage to the vehicle. He assured me parts to fix the damaged will be expedited and he would make sure it was handled. He never did and he ignored my calls and messages for 3 weeks. All in all the vehicle was unavailable to me for 2 months. It is now fixed but the level of customer service and dishonesty in the way they handled this was appalling. I urge everyone to reconsider trusting this dealership in the future. I have been advised to seek a legal remedy for the loss of use and the overall indifference they had to the inconvenience they caused. More

Great service as always My car gave me a low tire pressure warning on the way home late one night. I called and left a message for Cody Burt. Before I my alarm went off in My car gave me a low tire pressure warning on the way home late one night. I called and left a message for Cody Burt. Before I my alarm went off in the morning, Cody had already called and invited me to come in any time that day. We communicated via text on my tire size and availability and by time I arrived he had the tires set aside, a loaner scheduled, and I was in and out in just minutes. Less than two hours later my car was ready. I couldn't ask for better service. More
