The service that the customers receive from the staff is outstanding. They make sure we know all about the service being done, and the work needed. This may seem corny, but I have been buying Acura Brand from Davis since 2003. Not only the service is fantastic the sales department is the best. This past weekend, I decided to stop by with my 2019, RD from Davis since 2003. Not only the service is fantastic the sales department is the best. This past weekend, I decided to stop by with my 2019, RDX and wound up leaving with a new 2021 RDX. From the general sales manager, Ed Riley to the salesman, Stephen Felker Jr. everything went perfect. Not only did I get a great deal that is saving me money on my new lease, both Ed and Stephen were super accomodating and could not do enough for us. To be honest, I conly come to Davis, because I feel like they are great friends and make us feel at home. I never get pressured when buying a car as I did from buying at other car dealers. This is why I choose to buy my car at Davis as well as my wife who bought her first Acura in 2018. We are a Davis Acura family member to stay! More

Spent time on the web and found my dream car. Salesman extraordinaire Tim Eberhardt at Davis Acura was at our service! He produced the car in pristine condition and let us take her on the road. Tim expedited the purchase process and we drove her home. Not every salesman goes above and beyond for a customer. We accidentally left my EZPass in my trade-in. Tim rescued it and came into work early when he heard I was at Davis Acura hoping to be reunited with it. On a return visit I received professional assistance from John in sales, the service and parts departments. In these days of internet shopping, it is good to know there are still people like the staff at Davis Acura who know what personal service is all about. I love my new Certified Used Acura MDX. More
