Thank you for sharing your experience. We always try to exceed our guests' expectations. We are sorry in this case, we fell short. Please note that in most cases, when we facilitate the financing for our guests, they are driving their new vehicle out of the dealership within 1-2 hours. In your case, you chose to finance elsewhere, which is completely your choice. However, that process for institutions outside our network, to get us the funds, is out of our control. While we did try everything in our power to expedite things, it still took 3 days for your institution to wire us the money. Again, though the wait was out of our control, we appreciate your feedback, and empathize with you having to wait. Please feel free to call the dealership and ask to speak to a manager if you'd like to discuss this further. Thank you.
